When you use the ProjectPrice mobile app, we ask for your mobile phone number to verify your identity via a one-time SMS passcode (OTP). We use this phone number solely to:

When you submit an estimate request, you optionally provide photos and a text description of your project. This information is used solely to generate your AI cost estimate and, if you request an exact quote, to share with the matched contractor so they can prepare for your project.

Contractor Account Information

Contractors who register with ProjectPrice provide a name, email address, phone number, trade type, and service area. This information is used to match contractors with relevant homeowner estimate requests and to manage their account.

Website — Analytics & Usage Data

When you visit our website we automatically collect standard usage information through third-party analytics tools, including pages visited, browser type, device type, and general geographic region. This data is aggregated and anonymous and is used only to improve our service.

Session tokens expire automatically after your session ends. Project estimate data is retained to allow you to review your history within the app. You may request deletion of your data at any time — see Section 8.

We use industry-standard measures including HTTPS encryption and secure authentication tokens. No method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
